Managing Documents in the Explorer

The Documents Page

Click "Documents" in the sidebar to open the file explorer. This is your main workspace view where all folders and documents are listed.

Grid View and List View

Use the view toggle above the document list to switch between Grid and List view.

  • Grid view shows document cards in a responsive grid - 2 columns on mobile, scaling up to 6 on large screens. Each card shows a thumbnail, name, status badge, and tags.
  • List view shows a table with columns for name, status, date, and tags. Better for scanning large numbers of documents.

Selecting Documents

  1. Click a document card to open it.
  2. To select a document without opening it, click the checkmark badge on the card.
  3. Shift-click to select a range of documents between two clicks.

Bulk Operations

With one or more documents selected, a toolbar appears at the top of the page. From this toolbar you can:

  • Move - move selected items to a different folder.
  • Delete - permanently delete selected items.

Favorites

Click the star icon on any document or folder to add it to your Favorites. Favorited items appear in a dedicated "Favorites" section in the sidebar for quick access.

Drag and Drop

Drag documents or folders onto another folder to move them. This works in both Grid and List views. Drop a document on a folder card (Grid) or folder row (List) to move it inside.

FAQ

How do I rename a document?

Open the document and click on its name at the top of the page. Type the new name - changes save automatically.

Can I undo a delete?

No. Deleted documents are removed permanently.

Is there a limit on how many documents I can have?

No. All plans include unlimited documents. See Subscription Plans and Pricing for details on what each plan includes.
