Subscription Plans and Pricing

Account & Billing

Available Plans

  • Solo ($4.99/month) - 450,000 credits per month. Includes unlimited documents, semantic search, AI chat, team collaboration, and email support.
  • Professional ($14.99/month) - 2,000,000 credits per month. Everything in Solo, plus priority support.
  • Team ($44.99/month) - 12,000,000 credits per month. Everything in Professional, plus dedicated support.

All plans include the full feature set: document uploads, AI-powered transcription and tagging, semantic search, AI Chat, team collaboration, and public sharing.

Billing Intervals

  • Monthly - Pay month-to-month, cancel anytime.
  • Annual - Pay once per year at a discounted rate.

Changing Plans

  1. Click "Settings" in the sidebar.
  2. Go to the "Billing" tab.
  3. Select the plan you want to switch to.

Every plan change is based on the price of the target plan once you are on a paid subscription. If the new plan is more expensive, the change takes effect immediately. If the new plan is cheaper, the change is scheduled for the end of the current billing period.

New workspaces always start on a Solo Monthly free trial. If you change to another plan during that trial, the trial ends immediately and the selected paid subscription is charged right away.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Click "Settings" in the sidebar.
  2. Go to the "Billing" tab.
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your documents and workspace remain intact after cancellation.

Can I try Notoria for free?

Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 7-day Solo Monthly free trial.

What happens to my documents if I cancel?

Your documents stay in your workspace. You can export them or re-subscribe at any time.

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?

Yes. Go to "Settings" -> "Billing" and change your plan. During the Solo Monthly trial, any change ends the trial immediately and starts the selected paid subscription right away. After the trial, the timing depends on the target plan price: more expensive changes apply immediately, and cheaper changes are scheduled for the end of the current billing period.
