When you register for Notoria, we collect your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. If you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.

Content You Upload

We store uploaded files and the AI-generated transcriptions, tags, and search embeddings derived from them.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the service, including pages visited, features used, search queries, device type, browser type, and general location derived from your IP address.

Payment Information

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. AI Processing

Documents you upload are processed using third-party AI services, including OpenAI and OpenRouter, for OCR, transcription, and embeddings. We do not use your content to train AI models.
